-2kg dovleac curatat si taiat in cubulete;
-3 cepe mari curatate si taiate marunt;
-4 morcovi curatati si taiati cubulete;
-8 graunti usturoi curatati si zdrobiti;
-1 bucata de ghimbir - 50-60g dat pe razatoare;
-sucul de la 4 portocale;
-1 l supa de legume;
-200 ml smantana pentru gatit;
-3 ardei chili;
-ulei masline extravirgin;
-1 legatura chives;
-sare.

Cu ajutorul unui blender vertical se paseaza pana cand se omogenizeaza. Se adauga sare dupa gust.
Supa se serveste calda, cu chives-ul tocat marunt presarat deasupra si cateva picaturi de ulei de masline.
