-2 sfecle mari, 600g - 2 lei;
-200g branza de capra maturata - 12 lei;
-100g frunze salata - 3 lei;
-1 lamaie - 1 leu;
-2 lg sirop de rodii;
-2 lg ulei de masline extravirgin;
-2 lg miere;
-sare.
Se curata sfeclele de coaja si se dau pe razatoare. Se amesteca cu uleiul de masline, zeama de la jumatate de lamaie, sosul de rodii si putina sare.
