-150 unt - 4.5 lei;
-200g faina - 60 bani;
-100 ml apa;
-cateva frunze busuioc;
-sare si piper;
Pentru servire:
-200g rucola - 5 lei;
-ulei de masline;
-otet balsamic;
-sare si piper.

Se unge o forma de tarta cu untul ramas. Se intinde o foaie din aluat si se pune in forma de tarta. Se da la cuptorul preincalzit la 160°C pentru 8 minute.

Se scoate de la cuptor si se lasa sa se raceasca 10 minute. Se presara cu frunze proaspete de busuioc si (optional, dar indicat) se serveste alaturi de o portie de salata de rucola stropita cu un dressing facut cu putin ulei, otet balsamic, sare si piper proaspat macinat.
